The Fattoria Terra e Libertà is located in the heart of the Mediterranean: Sicily!
The South-East of the island in particular offers an incredible range of sights, true gems of Art, Architecture, Nature and Folklore, under a bright blue sky with – most of the time – lovely sunny whether.
There are many itineraries and places to discover through millennia of History, with the overlap of numerous cultures and civilizations that have made Sicily a magical and multifaceted land. Nature also gives amazing jewels: the sandy or rocky coastline, natural reservoirs rich in wildlife; and then the cities with their various architectural styles: the Baroque, unique and precious, theGreek and Roman ruins, the Arab testimony ... We have chosen for our guests some routes that you can use as an outline for your trips around Sicily, while staying at Terra e Liberta '. Syracuse, first of all, with the island of Ortigia and the rest of the districts on the mainland (especially the archaeological park Neapolis), but also the province with Noto, UNESCO world heritage site. At the extreme east- southern edge of Sicily, you will find Vendicari and then driving towards West, you will get to Ragusan territory with Modica and Ragusa Ibla, other two amazing baroque wonders.
